Bob Harper Ultimate Cardio Body: Extreme Weight Loss Workout (Watch It Now Entertainment, $14.98)


The title alone is a workout! Bob Harper's Ultimate Cardio Body: Extreme Weight Loss Workout may have the word "extreme" in the title, but even non-stud exercisers can modify the moves and complete the hourlong total body workout.

The DVD is actually two workouts -- the first one is the hourlong Extreme Cardio Challenge, and workout two is a 10-Minute Glute Challenge -- although after the first workout you may be too spent for the extra 10 minutes.
