When it comes to tiny waistlines and positive attitudes, TV talk show host Wendy Williams deserves a prize. After losing more than 20 pounds, Wendy has been gaining attention, with USA Today reporting on May 6 that the popular TV star was strutting her new slimmer look at the Audience Choice Awards. But when it comes to how she really feels about her body and weight, Wendy saved the true story for Dr. Mehmet Oz. On his May 8 talk show, Wendy dished about her improved self-image and slim-down success. Last month, Wendy noted in a behind-the-scenes video of her own show that she was seeking to improve her eating habits. She swapped red wine vinegar for salad dressing, for example, and used portion control. Those small changes helped her take off 20 pounds. The result, she proudly told Dr. Oz, "I am perfect the way I am right now. I weigh 175 pounds. I am very accepting of my height and weight and where I am probably for the first time steadily in my life. I feel good."
