Kirstie Alley doesn't seem to have the Midas touch when it comes to her Organic Liaison weight loss supplement. First she had to deal with claims that her diet system was connected to Scientology. That debate took place on the "Today show" and immediately resulted in a flood of rumors. A fat burning overview can help you produce a clear outline of what you demand to focus on to complete your fat reducing goal if you're a rookie; or serve as a reminder for the ones who are at an advanced or more enhance level of their weight loss strategy. Promptly after are seven steps that can serve as instructions for your own weight loss system. The first thing that one must understand is that losing weight and losing fat is not the same thing. Many weight loss programs have misled people into believing that it is the same, but most diets and weight loss plans only work by producing a person's body to burn more muscle cells and water than actual body fat, more help please visit The Fat Loss Factor. Now Kristie's feeling deluged again, this time by a lawsuit from a cranky dieter who contends that she was deceived by Kristie's claims, reported E! Online yesterday. Get the inside story in this article.

The lawsuit focuses on the fact that Kirstie recently lost 100 pounds. She credited her weight loss to a combination of her "Dancing with the Stars" workouts and her weight loss product, Organic Liaison. However, the frustrated dieter who is attempting to kick-start a class action lawsuit contends that Kirstie and the supplement maker are lying and that the weight loss resulted only from Kirstie's long dance workouts. E! News reported yesterday that the plaintiff says that the former "Fat Actress" shed the pounds because "of hours and hours of dancing every day for several months."Therefore, Kristie's success in shedding all those pounds "was the "result of an above average exercise regimen and extremely low calorie diet."

The dieter who filed the complaint bought the product and obeyed the instructions in the Organic Liaison Program, according to E! Online. Her complaint: she "did not experience any of the benefits defendants advertised." The Inquisitor revealed today that the woman is seeking an injunction that prevents Organic Liaison's current campaign and unspecified damages. As for Kirstie's response? Nothing public yet, but we're betting it runs along the lines of her interview on the "Today show" when asked about the connection between her program and Scientology: Its not true. Its not true." Maybe she can get her best friend Kelly Preston and fellow Scientologist to testify on her behalf: Kelly says she lost 30 pounds using the plan. Of course, Kelly just happens to be a spokeswoman for the product.
