Want a brilliant excuse for eating chocolate? A new study claims that the higher a nation's chocolate consumption, the more Nobel prizes it wins per person, according to a new study published in the New England Journal of Medicine on Oct. 10. A fat burning review can help you construct a clear describe of what you need to focus on to complete your fat reduction target if you're a novice; or serve as a reminder for the ones who are at an advanced or more boost level of their losing weight strategy. Applying are seven steps that can serve as guidelines for your own weight loss system. The first thing that one must understand is that losing weight and losing fat is not a similar thing. Many weight loss programs have fooled people into considering that it is the same, but most diets and weight loss plans only work by resulting in a person's body to reduce more muscle cells and water than actual body fat, more help please visit The Fat Loss Factor. In his report, Dr. Franz Messerli links a country's per capita consumption of chocolate goodies with the rate at which its citizens earn Nobel prizes. Get the delicious dish here.

Dr. Messerli began his research report by noting that dietary flavonoids, which occur in plant-based foods, are proven ways to improve your brain's ability to function. Flavanols, which are a subcategory of flavonoids, occur in cocoa and are known to improve your brain's ability to perform. Based on these virtues of chocolate, Dr. Messerli hypothesized that consuming chocolate could improve cognitive function in entire populations as well as individuals. He analyzed a list of countries ranked in terms of Nobel laureates per capita and compared it to chocolate consumption per nation. Dr. Messerli concluded that the "principal finding of this study is a surprisingly powerful correlation between chocolate intake per capita and the number of Nobel laureates in various countries."

A tip for those who want to enhance their brain power with chocolate without adding to their waistlines: eat a small amount of dark chocolate each day to get the maximum benefits from cocoa with the minimal impact on your weight. A Danish study showed that study participants who enjoyed small amounts of dark chocolate daily ate fewer calories and reported that their cravings for sweet, salty or fatty foods were reduced, even after several hours. Choose dark chocolate that has a high percentage of cacao, or go for natural cacao nibs, which Dr. Mehmet Oz recommends as a way to lose weight and satisfy your chocolate cravings.
