Think and Grow Thin, by Charles D'Angelo (Robert Kennedy Publishing, $22.95)

Charles D'Angelo was once a 360-pound teenager with a serious junk food habit. But he finally became determined to change and worked the morst important muscle in his body to transform himself -- his brain.

The result? He lost 150 pounds, graduated with a psychology degree and became a weight-loss coach helping hundreds of people lose hundreds of pounds, the most famous being Sen. Claire McCaskill, D-Mo., who lost 50 pounds with his coaching. And former President Bill Clinton was so impressed with friends' weight-loss results with D'Angelo that Clinton wrote an endorsement for the book.

Oh, and did we mention that he's only 26 years old? That's a pretty impressive track record for someone so young.

D'Angelo's process is to knock down common weight-loss excuses (the theme of season 13 of The Biggest Loser, by the way), and then "rebuilds" for motivation and success. A fat reduction overview can help you establish a clear describe of what you demand to focus on to accomplish your fat reducing purpose if you're a rookie; or serve as a reminder for those who are at an advanced or more enhance phase of their losing weight plan. Following are seven steps that can serve as guidelines for your personal weight loss plan. The first thing that one must understand is that losing weight and losing fat is not a similar thing. Many weight loss courses have tricked people into believing that it is the same, but most diets and weight loss programs only work by causing a person's body to burn more muscle flesh and water than actual body fat, more help please visit The Fat Loss Factor. He says that 90 percent of making a permanent change is managing your mindset and only 10 percent is the physical mechanics -- diet and exercise.

The book is great if you already know all there is to know about healthy eating and working out -- many chronic dieters are -- but don't know how to put those skills into action.

The 272-page large softcover book includes meal plans, recipes, workouts, success stories, and most importantly, chapters on how to harness your mindset for success.
