There's no promise that by adding by adding a daily dose into our morning smoothie or taking several gel caps throughout the day that well win; only the premise that this could be the one. It is this thinking that keeps us coming back for more or looking for other types of lotteries to play (or super foods to buy).

On one hand it is encouraging to hear that someone is adding any type of whole fruit or veggies to their diet.
