With the winter holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas often comes the collection of a variety of foods and hearty meals with the family. Remember that no matter what the event is, keeping to yourself and your goals is what is important. With that remember that no matter what you are an individual and you can always work off those calories with some extra crunches or fifteen more minutes of Pilates.
