Biggest Loser season 12, week 5: Deep in the heart of Texas, Bob and Sunny work like fiends, we meet Cecil the Wonder Belly and Dolvett is once again awesome.
The contestants were greeted by the news that one contestant would get to go home for a week with their trainer. They also will get immunity and their weight at the end of the week will be the only weight that will count for their team. In a game of chance, Sunny won the big prize. Bob let Sunny know multiple times that it was not a vacation.
Its a compelling quandary: Sunny has immunity but she has to do really well on the scale, or her team gets thrown under the bus. And her teammates, as well as Bob, were stressed.
Over in Texas, Sunny arrived home and introduced her family to Bob. It sounded like a Justin Bieber concert. Bob talked with Sunny and her family and wanted to know why Sunny had been sitting on the sidelines for the past 15 years. I have denied them the life that they deserve as well as myself, Sunny said and promised that it wouldnt be that way anymore.
Meanwhile, back at the ranch, the black team has been fractured into two sub-teams: Antoine and Joe and everyone else.
The challenge: Every member of the winning team will get to send someone to The Biggest Loser Resort for two weeks. They need to carry glasses of orange soda through a maze of bungee cords and dumping it into a giant cylinder -- kind of like a barmaid at a spaghetti convention. Then Bonnie did her best version of Ive fallen and I cant get up! But she did get up after a few minutes of flailing. And for the first time, the red team won a challenge. And how did the blue team stand a chance with only two members?
Back in Texas, Sunny and her family took Bob out for a night of barbecue and mechanical bull riding. And Bob looked good on that bull! Then they checked in over the phone with their teammates. Jennifer complained that she felt like an outsider, and Antone was getting tired of her whining.

Annas workout with her tiny team looked pretty fun with a water workout. Bob went all Tennessee farm boy on Sunny with his workout hauling feed, pushing bales of hey, pushing pickup trucks yee ha.
Weigh-in: Bonnie kicked it off by expressing her displeasure with her trainer. Since Sunnys weigh-in is so important, shell be the dramatic last weigh-in, so were starting with red team and Cecil, er, Vinny.

Thats all well and good, but how did Sunny do?
She killed it! 14 pounds.
Elimination: Black team won the weigh-in again, sending the red team to the elimination room again. Jessica had the highest percentage of weight lost so she cant be voted off. Dolvett gave his team a pep talk before they headed in, proving once again that DOLVETT IS AWESOME. It was pretty obvious that Courtney would be voted off since she was the only female up for elimination and the bond between Vinny and Ramon was strong.
The update: She started at 246 pounds and now weighs 205 pounds and looks great. She also got to invite her sister to two weeks at The Biggest Loser Resort, over a tasty plate of product placement.
Next week: Its Halloween Week and love is in the air. Alison in a Bride of Frankenstein wig! Ramon loves Jessica! Biggest Loser has never been so upfront about a ranch romance. And, check this out: The contestants learn theyll all be playing as one team, and if they collectively lose 100 pounds, everyone will be safe for another week.
