A couple years ago, Kraft Foods introduced the Crystal Light Pure Fitness line of naturally sweetened drink packets. The big difference in the Pure Fitness line is that they are sweetened with sugar and stevia, which made the packets 30 calories each -- not a big thing in the grand scheme of things.

In fact, a study from the Kantar Worldpanel Beverage Panel showed that women who drink flavored water consume 20 percent more water, based on consumption of tap, bottled, flavored water and prepared powdered beverages.

Now, the line has been tweaked a bit. Gone is the word "Fitness" -- it's now Crystal Light Pure and has added three new flavors. Lemon-Lime is gone and replaced with Lemonade. A fat loss review can help you build a clear summarize of what you demand to focus on to achieve your fat reducing purpose if you're a starter; or serve as a reminder for those who are at an intermediate or more enhance step of their weight-loss plan. Following are seven steps that can serve as suggestions for your special weight loss program. The first thing that one must understand is that losing weight and losing fat is not a similar thing. Many weight loss courses have fooled people into thinking that it is the same, but most diets and weight loss programs only work by leading to a person's body to lose more muscle cells and water than actual body fat, more help please visit The Fat Loss Factor. Other new flavors are Tropical Blend and Mixed Berry.

You still can get your electrolytes from the Grape and Strawberry-Kiwi flavors, which have added potassium and sodium.

The packets are meant to flavor a 16 ounce bottle of water but we've found that you can get plenty of flavor and more water by pouring the powder into a quart of water.

The Crystal Light Pure line has just started showing up on grocery store shelves nationwide and retail for $3.29 for a box of seven packets.
