Jillian Michaels, of NBC's The Biggest Loser fame, recently launched her new fitness program, Jillian Michaels Bodyshred, in Canada, exclusive to GoodLife Fitness. One of the world's premier health and wellness experts, Michaels has created a new program that is a high-intensity and endurance-based 30-minute fitness class. Bodyshred classes start March 1, 2013, in select Toronto-area GoodLife Fitness clubs and will become a nationwide program later in the year.

Clad in a long-sleeved grey top and black tights, Michaels arrived to the program's launch in Toronto exclaiming, "I think I might be Canadian. I love it here! Everyone is SO nice!" As she walked by, the first thing that struck me was just how tiny she really is. On The Biggest Loser, Jillian Michaels is known for being a tough trainer who will push the contestants to their breaking point. She comes across as much bigger than her five-foot frame.
