Tired feet. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. While holding onto the counter for balance, raise up on tip-toes. Hold for ten seconds. Repeat as necessary.

Stiff back. After doing the back stretch above, raise arms to shoulder height, hands together. Twist your body first to one side, then the other, five times. Relax arms.

Remember to drink water throughout the day to keep your joints lubricated and keep yourself hydrated.
