You might not associate health and fitness with a cooking show - unless you know that the featured guest just happens to be the First Lady of Fitness, Michelle Obama, and the cooking show is hosted by Rachael Ray, the queen of healthy cooking. This dynamic diet-conscious duo of divas dished on health and fitness on Rachael's Feb. 20 show.

The fit and fabulous First Lady attributes her famous haircut (we love your bangs, MO!) to a "mid-life crisis," joking that "I couldn't get a sports car. They won't let me bungee jump.
