Tantalizing tidbits are emerging on the upcoming "Biggest Loser" season, set for January 2013. A fat reducing review can help you construct a clear outline of what you demand to focus on to achieve your fat reducing goal if you're a beginner; or serve as a reminder for those who are at an intermediate or more improve step of their weight loss strategy. Following are seven steps that can serve as instructions for your own weight loss system. The first thing that one must understand is that losing weight and losing fat is not the same thing. Many weight loss programs have fooled people into believing that it is the same, but most diets and weight loss applications only work by resulting in a person's body to reduce more muscle flesh and water than actual body fat, more help please visit The Fat Loss Factor. Season 14 will include twists and turns ranging from Jillian Michaels' return (yes, the woman proud to be known as the toughest trainer on the planet is back!) to participants ranging in age from 13 to 17. And that's where the controversy is stirring, with some critics contending that putting the spotlight on fat kids is cruel. Get the skinny in this article.

For the first time, the "Biggest Loser" will showcase contestants between age 13 and 17, NBC disclosed. All three trainers will be involved, with Jillian, Bob Harper and Dolvett Quince each coaching a team that contains one or more participants who are kids or teens. The difference for those youngsters: they are not eligible for elimination. Instead, they'll compete with their teams, with their progress revealed during each episode, NBC revealed. The reason: the producers are aware of just how vulnerable children are to feeling embarrassed if they are singled out for their weight.

Emphasizing this point, Jillian discussed it in a recent interview with Al Roker on the "Today" show. "The producers of the show have been consulting some of the top experts -- pediatricians, child psychologists -- to help us deal with this in the most delicate and appropriate ways. For example, we won't be saying things to kids like, 'How much weight did you lose?' We're very cognizant of how touchy it is, how controversial it is. And yet, of course, that's right where I want to be, right in the sweet spot, right in the frying pan. I couldn't miss an opportunity to be part of it."

Despite the fact that the producers insist that the kids won't have to undergo Jillian's "tough love" approach, some critics are concerned. Jillian insists that the focus will be on health rather than weight. But studies show that it's the parents who need to become role models for better eating and exercise if long-term results are desired. To exemplify this theory, consider the differences among First Lady Michelle Obama, who talked this week with Dr. Oz about how she helps her daughters stay healthy by exercising with them, and Honey Boo Boo's family, who merrily chow down together on junk food and boast that they aren't fat: they're "pleasingly plump."
