Dr. Oz preview: Scientology dieter Kirstie Alley reveals how she lost 100 pounds (Video)

Only Oprah Winfrey has suffered through more publicized weight gains and losses than Kirstie Alley. On Monday, Dr. Mehmet Oz interviews Kirstie about her latest successful battle of the bulge, and how the formerly self-described "fat actress" became 100 pounds lighter. Known as the "comeback queen" for her professional success after multiple scandals, Kirstie will discuss how she shed the weight, and whether she feels she's finally ended her roller coaster dieting ride. Rather than use a conventional diet program (such as Jessica Simpson's choice of Weight Watchers), Kirstie created her own weight loss plan.
