With 112 schools already participating in the Morning Mile, and over 500,000 miles logged, this before-school walking/running program is making a massive impact on the lives of thousands of children across the USA, in Canada and on a US Air Force Base near Tokyo, Japan. The Morning Mile gives school children from preschool to high school, the opportunity to start each day in an active way while enjoying fun, music, and friends!
