Adopting a pet is a decision not to be taken lightly. An animal needs lots of love and good healthcare to be happy. So, where can one go to find that new best friend?

The Humane Society of North Texas has two locations ready to serve the people of Fort Worth, White Settlement, Arlington, Benbrook, and other outlying towns in the metropolis. The main office offers a wide range of services other than pet adoption. Some services are: animal surrender, spay and neuter services, and vet care for unwanted pets and animals. When you surrender a pet, whether you own it or its a stray, an identification card is required to process the animal into the system. A surrender fee isnt required, but a small donation is highly appreciated to help give the animal the best possible care they shelter can provide.

When adopting an animal, a deposit is required on the day of the adoption, but this is 100% refunded within sixty days. All monies and proceeds go to the assurance that the animals left in the Societys care are given a chance without fear of euthanasia.
