For Tina, it's all about maintaining her 35-pound weight loss. "When I was 29, I lost about 35 pounds. I did it through Weight Watchers," Tina told Women's Health magazine in a recent interview. "That's when I learned how to eat properly for the first time. Before, I used to be one of those people who wouldn't eat anything all day, then eat a piece of cake at 4 p.m., McDonald's at 10 p.m., and then go to bed." After learning the importance of eating regular meals, however, and discovering how to use portion control, Tina became an advocate of healthy eating. And now, as a proud mom, she is carrying that message to her family.
Amy focuses on positive body image, telling Glamour magazine recently, "The earlier you learn that you should focus on what you have, and not obsess about what you don't have, the happier you will be.
