It has been a few weeks since the writer last wrote an article. The writer recently has been busy working in a new job as a Luxury auto sales consultant. Now the writers time for exercise has been limited since he works mostly 12 hour shifts 5 days a week. But the writer still finds time and ways to incorporate exercise into his schedule. Just look at the picture, one is a pair of sneakers (9 months old) that the writer still uses and the other a pair of dress shoes(2 months old) the writer wears those for his job. The dress shoes soles are worn only about 2 months old, the sneakers soles are not that worn. Also, the writer can share this, he is no longer a member of a health club, and he has put on some weight on but still has maintained an exercise regimen. Yes he can also still perform stomach crunches but, his exercise routine has changed dramatically.
Centuries ago people used to be able to stay healthy without all the fancy exercise machines that are on display at most health clubs, because more people at that time did more walking. Today some people will use their car to drive a 2 blocks to a store; the writer rarely ever does that. The writer will share with you his different path to fitness and explore other alternative exercise methods over the next couple of articles.
