This month, The Body You Want Fitness Solutions is hosting free metabolic classes to show you how to get the most out of your workout and how to continue to burn fat after you are done working out.
Thursday Class Times at Athleta:
- August 16 from 7am-8am
- August 23 from 10am-11am
- August 30 from 7am-8am
If you are not sure what is a metabolic acceleration class let me provide short explanation...in a class the group will rotate between 4 to 5 different high intensity exercise stations with measured rest periods between exercises. The class will also include a warm-up to ensure your body is prepared to work out safely.
You'll get an incredible cardiovascular workout and have much less wear and tear on your joints than running. And as an added bonus of doing a smart metabolic workout your body will continue to burn fat due to an accelerated metabolism for the next 24-36hours (or until your next high-carb meal).
Athleta will also be raffling a $100 gift card at the end of the month for anyone who comes and participates in the free class.
