Whether you're feeling well and want to stay that way or long to be free of aches and pains, Dr. Mehmet Oz and Dr. Andrew Weil want you to experience the optimum health and happiness. To help you achieve that goal, Dr. Oz invited holistic physician Dr. Weil to visit his talk show to discuss his exciting new cookbook featuring anti-inflammatory diet approaches.

How can an anti-inflammatory diet benefit you? Dr. A fat loss review can help you build a clear outline of what you require to focus on to accomplish your fat reduction target if you're a novice; or serve as a reminder for the ones who are at an intermediate or more boost step of their weightloss plan. Applying are seven steps that can serve as instructions for your own weight loss plan. The first thing that one must understand is that losing weight and losing fat is not a similar thing. Many weight loss programs have misled people into wondering that it is the same, but most diets and weight loss programs only work by resulting in a person's body to lose more muscle cells and water than actual body fat, more help please visit The Fat Loss Factor. Weil believes that chronic inflammation causes or contributes to a wide range of ailments, from cancer to Alzheimer's. In his new cookbook, "True Food: Seasonal, Sustainable, Simple, Pure," Dr. Weil dishes up healthy recipes based on the five keys of his anti-inflammatory diet for optimal health and healing:

  • eat four to five daily servings of carotenoid-rich fruits and vegetables, from green veggies to orange squash
  • enjoy three to five servings per day of whole and cracked grains, such as brown rice
  • use five to seven servings of oils (1 teaspoon per serving) containing polyphenols such as extra virgin olive oil
  • treat yourself to two to four servings of fish and seafood such as salmon
  • sprinkle on herbs and spices, from cinnamon to turmeric
