Its week 7 of Biggest Loser season 11 and Arthur is pleased with his handiwork from last week. At least he is, because no one on his team is happy with him even his dad seems wary of his master scheme to stay on the ranch.

While the red team punched away in the gym, the black team did a spin class outdoors, which frankly seemed kinda nice. But they were all cranky after losing that pop challenge.
And talk about cranky Rulon was a big crankypuss during the workout. He didnt want anything to do with Cara. So they took it outside but he refused to open up to Cara. He did admit that he needs to quit being the tough guy.
Then the red team had a pool party.
Arthur had the black team ladies lead him through the kitchen. No beef, no sausage, they advised. Try the fish!

The challenge: Each team will be pushing a 24-ton train to victory. On the train are bags of food, which are answers to quiz questions along the train track. Winner gets to choose a member of the opposing team to sit out the weigh-in. Red team was so much faster that they only had to get one question correct, which they did.
Last-chance workout: Bob and Jillian reminded the black team that they lost the pop challenge and the regular challenge so they needed to really nail the weigh-in. Jillian decided that Arthur had to revisit the truck-pushing challenge of week 1 (either that or Chevy wanted more product placement).
Weigh-in: Red team gets to choose a black team member to sit out the weigh-in, but first they have to log their own losses.

Red team started off slowly but finished very strong. Now it was time for the black team to weigh in. Red team chose Irene to sit out the weigh-in a curious choice because shes one of the smaller contestants.

It all came down to his number and he crushed it. Bet that steamed fish tastes even better now. Loved his dads baseball reference: You the closer, baby!
Elimination: Ken has immunity because he was the red teams biggest loser. But Justin was pretty cut and dried as to who was going home: Jen or Jay because they were new to the family. And thats what happened Jay was sent home. Turns out Arthur had a lot to do with the weigh-in and elimination. He won it for his team but last week send Jay and Jen to the opposing team, who didn't have room in their "family" for them.
The update: Jay is now down 111 pounds and his health risks have diminished greatly.
Next week: Lots of family drama as two players are up for elimination.
