Popular host of the "Biggest Loser" Alison Sweeney began production yesterday on the Hallmark Channel original movie, "Two In," according to Talk TV. Set to premiere in 2013, the film gives Alison the opportunity to show off her acting skills and fabulous figure. Alison will play a single mother working at a 911 call center who meets and (of course!) falls in love with a firefighter. And the similarities are remarkable.
Just like the character that she plays in the film, Alison is a busy, devoted mother. She recently lost weight by increasing her cardio and cutting down on her favorite treats, like ice cream, she told Prevention magazine. And she spreads that message about eating right and exercising to her children. "We have to get our kids to understand how important it is. That way, you won't feel guilty" when you're away from your children and exercising, Alison explained. She's become so successful at balancing motherhood with her personal and professional life that she's even written a popular book about it, "The Mommy Diet."
So how does she squeeze in time for fitness? "Fitness is not an option," Alison said in an interview with Redbook magazine. Its part of my job.
