The sad news is the summer season is half over, and most people are taking advantage of the warmer temperatures even when it is over 100 degrees. Now exercising outdoors when the heat is on or hovering over 90 degrees can be a tricky proposition especially when you dont hydrate or drink plenty of liquids.
